Pick my brain! It is my job as your doula to provide you with evidenced based information regarding fertility, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. At your prenatal consultation, I will provide you with resources to help you wherever you are in your journey. If you have general questions about pregnancy, natural birth options, perinatal and postpartum mood disorders, fertility, cloth diapering, and natural family planning, I've got you covered. Please note that I do NOT provide mental health counseling services but can assist you get you the help you need.

Prenatal consultations are 90-minute sessions, guided by your questions and concerns. We will have a phone call prior to this to schedule and get general information to help me prepare for our visit. We can meet in your home or at Argos in Sweetwater, whichever is more comfortable for you. The fee is $150. I will travel out of Nolan County to my covered service areas for a fee of $40. Both fees are due at the time of booking.
